Hi I'm Jessica!
I'm a nurse and entrepreneur looking to relocate to Charlotte in March 2025. I'll be renting a 3 bedroom apartment or townhome and am looking for a great roommate to share the space and lease with. I would pay a little extra each month to have two of the bedrooms so I can use one for my home office. $1200 a month is an approximate max total of my portion and includes utilities. I would expect a roommate to afford $850-$1k a month to contribute to rent/utilities.

I've lived in the Triangle for 25 yrs and am ready for a change. I'll be decorating the common areas and providing a large TV and furniture with the exception of a couch which I'll have to find once moved there if you don't have one. I have a 13yr old black lab named Karma, he is super sweet and loves people.

Looking for a responsible female roommate who I can have fun with as a friend now and then. Someone who is good at communicating so we can make sure we are agreeing on things and are both happy with the status quo or our arrangement.

I like to keep common areas neat and tidy (but don't mind living a little, I'm only mildly OCD, haha), and keeping noise/lights down after 10pm on weeknights.
