HUGE UWS APARTMENT IN QUIET BUILDING!
This beautiful room has sunlight, a beautiful street view, and room for a desk, dresser, and queen-sized bed. This apartment is LARGE with a nicely sized living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a very long hallway (all of which is covered in brick). Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, giving lots of privacy to both roommates. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a brand-new microwave. The building is super quiet (rarely hears upstairs neighbors) and very clean. Also, LAUNDRY IN BUILDING!!!! Super is on-site at all times. Guarantors accepted.
