To create a peaceful and comfortable living environment, please note the following guidelines:
Visitors: Please refrain from having overnight guests or visitors without prior consent.

Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Non smokers
Noise: We strive for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, especially between 10pm - 6am, which is reserved for quiet hours. Please be mindful of noise at all times.

Cleanliness: A tidy home is important to us. Please keep the common areas clutter-free and clean.

The Room:
The 1-bedroom space (9x11) features a large closet (W 60 x D 24 x H 96) for ample storage.
The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, end table, TV, standing lamp, table lamp, and a hanging shoe rack. There is also additional storage space under the bed. Please note that no additional furniture is allowed in the room.

Shared Living Areas:
The living room is a shared space. To maintain a respectful environment, we ask that it be used with consideration, especially between 10pm - 6am, during quiet hours.

The kitchen should be cleaned after each use. Kindly refrain from leaving dirty dishes in the common areas or in your room. You will be provided a cabinet for your personal dishes and food. Please keep it organized and free from spills.

The bathroom is shared, so please keep it clean and clear of personal items. Your hygiene products should be kept in your room and removed when you’re finished in the bathroom.

Hallway & Additional Storage:
The hallway should remain free of personal belongings. Storage is only permitted within your room to maintain a clean and organized space.
