Hiya! We’re Remi (He/They) 24 y/o AFAB and Shelly (Any pronouns) 25 y/o AFAB. Our friend is moving out and into a new place with her boyfriend at the end of this month (July) so we are looking for a new friend to live with ASAP! House in Longview, WA

About the space:
•$900 plus utilities (OR if more than one person moved in, rent can either be split 4 ways into $675 or $725 for everyone but the person that takes the downstairs bedroom pays $525 since it doesn’t have the loft area like the upstairs bedroom, it’s up to whoever moves in)
•Entire upstairs (285 sqft bedroom with closet and loft, 2 windows) *will be empty for new roomie, there is no door to the bedroom part of the upstairs but we can get one if you don’t want to use a curtain. No one goes up there so it’s private to whoever sleeps up there.
OR
•Downstairs bedroom with closet & 2 windows (~185 sqft) (if chosen room, will be cleared of our stuff besides comfy mattress and bed frame if needed)
•You have your own bathroom with shower tub (downstairs, immediately across from the stairs to upstairs and downstairs bedroom)
•Property has front yard, fenced back yard, car port (space for 3 cars in port and 2 on street in front), back patio overlooking yard, crawl space/basement with outside entry used as storage, new laundry machines, kitchen with new dishwasher and fridge, living room with large OLED tv, a small half-room with window on main floor that was used as a small office that we’re turning into a sensory room, hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs.
•Cigarette free home, weed and vaping okay👌
•Dogs and cats ok! (Preferably not XL dogs, ie Great Danes or mammoth sized dogs 😅)
•Painting and hanging up art and stuff are all okay in your spaces.
