This is a home with one other roommate. We have a dog and 4 cats we
don't need anymore pets. But if you want a comfortable room in a nice home with some good
people that don't charge a lot of money. There's no first and last month rent and no deposit,
just the rent to move in and that's prorated for how many days that are left in the month.That's
it. You found it. It is a no smoking house, you can smoke outside. No one drinks her much
either. So If you drink much or do a lot of partying this is not the place for you. Involved with
drugs do not even apply. You must be employed at time of signing rental agreement. And You
