Hello!

My name is Chris and I have a beautiful 5 bedroom home I finished renovating in April of 2024, and live in one of the rooms with my 5 year old - while renting out the other 4 rooms. I pride myself in creating community spaces that make it comfortable for people to live and be part of.

I'm currently working a lot from home, but will be transitioning out into the field once my next new construction project begins.

We all have lots of personal storage throughout: in the entry, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and laundry area. There is also a storage unit for items you don't need access too often.

There are a few areas to hang out and enjoy on the main level and outside on the back patio besides our private rooms.

We welcome gatherings at the appropriate days and time, and have lots of interests among us all: cooking, gaming, DIY, bouldering, hiking, parks, boardgames, going out with friends, house plants, etc.

Would love to have someone be part of the community, but we all of course have our private spaces to retreat to as well.
