I have been renting for 4 years and looking for a roommate to live with me and one other roommate.
Must be okay with my 1 year old hypoallergenic mini bernedoodle puppy. He is the sweetest, most loving boy and doesn’t shed.
NO additional pets and NO smoking allowed. Must be clean, and reliable.
Unfurnished bedroom with vaulted ceiling, garage parking spot, shared bathroom with linen closet. Available NOW!
Home is 1650 square feet, has decent sized front and back yard, 3 car garage, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen and table area. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cooking supplies that everyone can use.
Ideally looking for a female roommate who is clean, has common courtesy/respect for shared areas, does equal job helping around the house, and dependable on payments.
Downstairs shared living spaces: 2 living rooms, kitchen, kitchen table area, 1/2 bath/laundry room
Located north Marysville. Close to a lot of shopping, outlet mall, grocery stores, theater, Costco, great gyms, etc.
Rent is $1000 per month plus 1/3rd of total utilities which alternates between around $115-$200ish per person. Costs for household supplies (toilet paper, etc) will be divided.
$1000 Deposit, and 1st month rent, due by move in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent will be prorated if move in is before the 1st.
Looking for someone wanting to stay 1+ years. Must give at least 30 day notice before planned move out date or it is required to pay for the following month’s rent as well.
