Seeking 2 Roommates for Astoria 3 bedroom Duplex with Patio

Looking for 2 roommates (together or individuals) to fill 2open rooms in my 3 bed/1b bath in Astoria with an August 1st move in date. Would love to FaceTime to get to know you a bit better and see if we’d be a good fit!

*Apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath with large windows, full kitchen and lots of natural light. All rooms have converted central AC/heat. Both rooms are relatively similar sized, can fit a queen bed and dresser plus desk easily. The living room /kitchen is recently renovated with dishwasher. Laundry in basement level of the duplex, which is fully finished and open to be used for home office, gym, rec room, storage, etc. Large private backyard with patio and garden, 100% only ours to access for the full building.

RENT: $1333 + utilities

*I'm a Chicago native, 27-yr old professional and have been in NYC for over 4 years now. I work full time (usually ~40-50 hours a week) in advertising and will be WFH indefinitely until offices open up again this fall. I keep the apartment clean, would love to be friendly with roommates, and don't usually bring the party home but would like to hold a movie night or wine night with fellow fully vaxed friends. Been social distancing and wearing a mask like a champ and will keep doing so to keep you and our apartment safeeee <3
