Hi! Looking for a female identifying young professional to join my airy and light-filled apartment!
A little about me: I'm a 31 year old woman (IG: @sigalshmsh) working as a sustainability engineer and an adjunct professor. I'm very low-key, clean, and like to have an organized/minimal space. I like working out, watching Netflix (these real estate shows have a hold on me!), listen to podcasts (mel robbins, huberman), and live a healthy lifestyle (vegan, prefer not to drink). I work downtown 4 days a week and work from home on Fridays and am generally home on weekends especially now that it's freezing out!

Quiet Room in Sun-Filled Luxury Apartment
About the apartment: The room comes with a bed and a desk/desk chair, and lounge chair so it's ready to move in. There is a half of the living room that you can add a couch. I'm pretty design oriented so prefer to keep things minimal. You will share half the kitchen with your own set of cabinets and space for your own pots/pans/utensils. Washer/dryer in unit and gym in the basement. There is a nice roof terrace space for the building that is nice to use in the spring/summer months and it overlooks uptown Manhattan. For the sustainability nerds, this building is a passive house building so it stays warm in the winter and the windows are triple insulated so it's very quiet!
Move-in date is Feb 1st preferred, but flexible. You will not be part of a lease, but we will have an agreement in place. Time commitment is also flexible, but prefer longer term. Utilities (wifi and electricity) are not included in the rent and typically come out to about $100 per person each month.
