Located on a quiet street between 28th and 30th avenues In East Astoria. This is your ideal family neighborhood. You'll find laundry, the post office, a bodega and a pizza place at the end of the block. The R train (46th st station) is an 8-10 min walk & the N W trains (30th ave station) is a 10-12 min walk. 30th Ave is full of great restaurants along with many popular retail stores (GAP, EXPRESS, Banana Republic, Starbucks, Bath & Body Works, etc.)

The rent is $1,500 a month (includes utilities, internet & cable.) First month's rent plus a deposit of $1,500 is required at lease signing. Must pass a full criminal and financial background check. May also require a guarantor after background checks are complete.

The apt is gut renovated, split floor plan located on the first floor of the two unit building.
