I am offering a unit for rent in my home and am a working professional with an active lifestyle. I have a split level 50s home and the whole bottom section can be yours with your own entrance! I love the outdoors and am out most weekends rain or shine. We will share laundry and backyard area. I hope to get a dog in 2021 so I hope you or your pet is also happy with that arrangement. You will have the space with separate kitchen in my lower unit to yourself.
I like making bonfires in my yard from time to time and you can plant vegetables if you'd like in my garden as I am not into gardening but have a big space and garden box. I am working on furnishing the bottom as an option. However you can have it unfurnished as well.
