Seeking a housemate to join our Central District townhouse starting November 1.
About us: We are 2 close friends who have been living together for 7 years. About you (ideally): 25-40 year old queer person (we’re open to other identities, but think we would vibe best with a non cis dude). Must be clean and tidy, COVID conscious, respectful, with mature communication skills. Bonus points if you like stuffed animals, RuPaul’s Drag Race, singalongs, popcorn. Must be eager to help us keep common areas clean and share in chores & other household responsibilities.
No late night partiers, no heavy drinkers/smokers, no heavy perfume/scents, no pets.
About the room:
$790/month plus utilities (averaging ~$100/month).
Single ground floor unfurnished bedroom in 4-story 3-bedroom townhouse (which is unfortunately not ADA accessible). Closet in room (larger than pictures show), plus additional storage available. You’d have a half bath to yourself on the ground floor and share a shower two floors up with one other person.
House includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, gas fireplace, small front garden; free street parking plus use of garage when necessary. Close to various bus lines and the First Hill streetcar. We love this house and have lived here together for 6+ years.
Looking for someone to move in November 1, 2020. Lease expires at the end of January 2021, with option for renewal. Background/credit check and security deposit required by our landlord.
No pets allowed, sadly, but we’re animal enthusiasts.
