3/2 duplex in Allandale. Awesome location between Burnet and Mopac off of 2222. Lease goes through 7/31/19, but could be extended. Private bedroom and bathroom. Two female (mid-twenties) roommates currently live there, and are both teachers. They know each other from UT. They are both kind, respectful and tidy.
