Hey Austin.

Currently we have a house in a badass location on 14th st.
$5 Uber or 8m walk to Downtown - perfect for anyone who rides a bike or looking to get rid of their car.

My favorite thing about this location is that I don't have waste 30m to an hour of my life sitting in traffic, compared to other places I've lived in.
2 wholesome boys living here, in our early to late 20's.
I'm into music, self development, and work from home doing sales (have office).
Teddy is also doing sales but drives to work. Even though we both communicate for a living, we won't keep you hostage and talk your ear off so, bonus. 👌

We're up a little later on weekends, generally. Weekends are lax
We prefer nothing super late on the weekdays (no parties or late drinking on week days). Ideally you value rest as much as we do!

Looking for like minded people who are also clean but not too uptight ;)

The atmosphere is conducive to positivity, learning, and hustling - and we're trying to keep it that way. We're both very chill. Not into drugs or heavy drinking.

I firmly believe you will become the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with. That's why we put so much importance on the prospect of a new roommate, and look at this as an opportunity for anyone trying to improve their life and be around good quality people, this is it. We've both had our share of not good roommates, and want to make sure we're bringing in someone that's a good fit while being respectful ourselves.

Respectful, doesn't stay up late or be loud during the week
Values upward mobility, learning
Not a dummy (reads on occasion)

The no's:

No pets.
No live-in girlfriend/boyfriend etc.
Having guests are fine for a few days here or there just not 3 weeks.

The room is available January 1st but we're somewhat flexible on move in date if we can find the right person.

Minimum 6 month lease. Would need security deposit of $500 to reserve the room. And 1st months rent upon moving in.

You will share the bathroom with Teddy.

The house is located on 14th st.
Rent will be $780 not including utilities. (Utilities usually run $80-$110/mo each)

Good AC (I just cleaned the hell out of that thing, it's perfect)

You essentially don't need a car at this location if you work close to downtown so that's a big plus.
The room CAN be furnished - there is a bed/dresser/table/night stand the previous roommate is offering in there currently but can also be removed if you don't need it.
