Hi! My name is Tasha Murphy and I am a third-year at San Diego State University. I am currently working on my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. I am originally from Colorado and I came out to San Diego for school. This spring semester (January 10 - May 18), I am planning on studying abroad in Florence, Italy. I live in a house with six (6) girls and it is located on Hewlett Drive, about a ten (10) minute walk from campus and an eight (8) minute walk from the gym! I am looking for someone to sublease my room while I am abroad. The group of girls in the house are very nice and we are located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. My room will be $900 a month without utilities. Gas, electric, and wifi normally add up to about $100 a month. Water bills come in every three months and amount to about $70. The house is located on Hewlett Drive and a 10 minute walk from campus and an 8 minute walk from the gym. The room available for subleasing is located in the basement and $900 a month minus utilities. The house is spacious and is fully furnished. Two other roommates are looking to sublease as well. The room is fully furnished with two closets, a TV, a bed, and located right next to the bathroom and kitchenette. House comes with working dryer, washer, and dishwasher. Beautiful and spacious backyard with a jacuzzi and fireplace. The house is a 6 bedroom house with girls living in it.
