About Me

My name is Richard! (Richie as a nickname) I'm a student (Junior) at San Diego State University currently in my first semester there as a transfer from Grossmont College.

I am currently looking for a place to rent that offers the following:

- Roommates that exemplify direct communication, that are honest, are flexible, and understanding based on the environment of the house & others around them in it. Also ones that are not straight up jerks and are reasonable people that can hold a conversation of any type whenever it needs to be had with anyone at the house (plus more, but we'll get there if you want me on) and people that are no shady ones either and doing stupid shit they are not suppose to be doing. And can also give a reasonable ahead of time heads up about stuff involving the house.

- A place that has needed amenities (in-unit washer & dryer, air conditioning/central air, good security, microwave (oven, stove) and etc (can go into detail later on if needed)

- A good place that is reasonably nearby SDSU with good transportation methods nearby (biking, trolley, bus, etc)

- A private room so that way my late night owl mode (explained below) isn't a bother to anyone inside the room itself and also the walls not being paper thin so the noises from any of us in the house dont bother the other.

As for myself personally:

- I love video games (PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo), anime (not too hardcore but I know my fair share).
- Love sports (mainly a NFL person that is a fan of the Chargers and have season tickets while also still a big fan of the sport itself, but can watch other sports like MLB & NBA for instance).
- Always down to hangout in a lot of places of interest as long as its planned out well and those all in on it are informed about what's in the plan! (Sporting event, hiking, late night food run, clubbing, gym, Balboa Park, etc you name it)
- I am someone that is more of a late night owl and prob spend most of my time on my computer during it (unless I'm out late hanging out in/out of the house with anyone from the house or not outside of it) so if you are someone that is not a big of that, I can reasonably limit that to the best I can and if that doesn't work still? Then probably won't be a good fit for your place.
- I am someone thats always positive, outspoken, outgoing, funny, and etc. But can also take on leadership when its needed and be real on things if it gets to that point to resolve conflict and etc (can give more info if needed)

My maximum monthly budget 1,000
Move in Date Jan 2024
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 26
Pets Pet Friendly
Hometown San Diego, Ca, Usa
Education San Diego State
Relationship Status Single
LGBTQ Friendly
Student

We think Richard would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
