Hi I'm Brad and I'm new to NYC! I'm from Pittsburgh and spent most of my life working in healthcare but recently made a career change to software engineering.

I’m looking for a roommate to find a good building in Manhattan (Also open to areas of Jersey, Brooklyn, or Queens that still feel like the city).

I'm looking for someone responsible and respectful who has their life together. I'm pretty clean and organized and sleep 12-8AM +/- an hour, so want somebody with a similar lifestyle.

I'm definitely not a partier and prefer exploring the city or creating good vibes for a more chill hangout at home.

One of my favorite parts of NYC is the restaurants, so whether it's going out or just getting delivery, I don't use the kitchen very often.

I'm on the more introverted side of things, so while I like socializing occasionally, I definitely enjoy my alone time and value independence in a roommate.

I'm not sure of work schedule yet in terms of how many days I need to be in office, but with software engineering I definitely plan on being able to get work done at home regardless.
