Been 10 years since I last lived in NYC and I'm returning to focus on writing and standup again. Don't worry I have an actual day job. I'm the head of sales for a tech startup and work from home; might take a new job soon in SoHo. I'm fortunate to have lived all over the country the past several years making plenty of great friends, but decided I want to focus on my career and side projects.
I work long hours during the day (taking a ton of Zoom calls) and might grab a co-working office. I'm also out for Crossfit 5-6 days a week, and I'll be going out most nights- you're welcome to join. Pretty low maintenance and I stay busy.
Willing to spend more for a nice place. Want to stick around Tribeca, SoHO, NoHo, Greenwich Village, generally lower-mid westside.
