My roommate and I are looking for someone to renew my current lease at 505W 37th street in Hudson Yards.
The Space:
The apartment is a corner unit on the 36th floor with huge floor to ceiling windows and great natural light! The apartment is a 2 bedroom flex (The LARGEST and BEST Unit in the building) and the REAL room is available at $2350.
The available room will be unfurnished and can fit a queen sized bed. I have included images for reference as to what can fit in the current room! Additionally, the new tenant would be required to fill out an application and pay a reduced security deposit. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person as the master bedroom has an attached bathroom.

We are both working professionals in our mid 20s. I (Shaan) am a consultant engineer for an engineering firm and Yash is the other roommate, who is a consultant for a tech company. I am originally from the island Mauritius but have been living in New York for 8 years now. We are both laid back, chill people and love to explore the city! I will be mostly working from home but will be going to the office at least once a week. We are also very social and we’re both out with friends on the weekends! We are both really clean individuals who clean up after ourselves and would expect the same with you! Additionally we usually have a cleaning person come for a thorough clean every 3 weeks or so! We are hoping to find a guy in their 20s. A working professional who is respectful, clean and ultimately someone who would like a roommate who turns into a friend!!
