Roomate Needed - Sept 1st Move in
My best friend Julia and I are looking to fill the third bedroom in our Alphabet City apartment. We have laundry in building, an elevator, dishwasher, decent closet space, and a great location (3rd st and Avenue C). Julia does have a medium-sized dog but he’s wonderful and a very handsome boy!!! The open room for rent is huge and is $1750/mo. You’d share a bathroom with Julia. We’re a couple of weirdos from Iowa so we might have a lot of random corn decor, but nonetheless are very respectful of sharing space with others. We love reading, writing, having nights on the town, eating corn on the cob, etc. DM me if you’re interested!!
