Hey! My name is Alberto and I'm a 26-year-old Italian lawyer with academic background in Italy and Los Angeles and work experience in NYC and Milan. When I'm not at work, you can usually find me behind the camera lens, swimming laps, or doing HIIT training.
As a roommate, I consider myself tidy, organized, and respectful of others' space and belongings. I'm always willing to pitch in and help keep our common spaces clean and inviting. Hey there! I’m looking for a roommate to sign a lease with me in a beautiful 2B/1B apartment in Greenpoint, just a 4-minute walk from the G train, starting November 1st. The apartment features great amenities such as a fully equipped gym, a furnished rooftop with gas grills and stunning views, a recreation room, a business center/co-working space, a laundry room, a package room, a bike room, a parking garage, a live-in super, and a virtual doorman.
A little about me: I’m Alberto, a 26-year-old Italian lawyer. I studied in Italy and Los Angeles and have worked in NYC and Milan. In my free time, you’ll find me behind a camera, swimming, doing HIIT workouts, or exploring local bars and restaurants. I’m generally active, clean, and organized, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy—I expect the same from my roommate. While I enjoy my personal space, I love hosting dinners on weekends and hanging out with roommates!
What I’m looking: a roommate ready to sign a lease starting November 1st. Ideally, you’re clean, respectful, and attentive to shared areas and the bathroom. It’s important that you have a similar schedule; I wake up early during the week and prefer a quieter environment at night during weekdays. I’d love a roommate who’s also active and sociable.
