My friend and I are looking for a 3rd to join us on a lease for a triplex in the upper east side. The lease would start May 3rd. Total rent is $5450 per month. The breakdown by rooms will most likely be $1750, $1750, and $1950. The triplex has 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. The middle floor is the kitchen, living room, balcony, and another bathroom. The top floor is the larger bedroom with attached bathroom.
