The room available is carpeted, and approximately 10x13 feet. There is also a bathroom right outside the bedroom that is yours.
I have a friendly dog who is quiet and very calm. The shared space is already furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished.
There is plenty of storage for extra kitchen equipment.
I am looking for somebody to move in on 7/1 and sign onto a lease with me for 12 months.
