Hello 👋 Myself and my roommate are looking for 1 or 2 more roommates to find an apartment with. The areas we are looking at are Spring Hill, as well as Porter, Union, and Davis Squares in Somerville, MA. Our ideal move-in date is 6/1, 2023 but we could also do 5/1, 2023 or anything in between. We are looking to be close to the metro, (less than 10 min. walk) so we can commute easily as neither of us has a car. We also do not have pets and our looking for a smoke-free environment.
A little about us:
My roommate is a working professional in his late 20s and a relatively quiet and conscientious vegetarian. He does not smoke or drink, nor party. He does his best to take care of whatever his roommates need of him, and enjoys spending time with them as well. Additionally, he is interested in video games (usually watching others or walkthroughs), RPGs (like Dungeons and Dragons), and other nerdy activities.
I am also a working professional and multimedia artist in my late 20s. I eat meat rarely if ever and I am respectful and sociable. I like to be friendly, chat, and do activities with those I live with. I drink seldomly and then very little, nor do I smoke. I like to throw dinner parties but not ragers. I like doing home improvement and making the space feel comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, I am also interested in video games (watching or playing and having others watch), RPGs (like Dungeons and Dragons), and other nerdy activities.
