Looking to replace a previous roommate on my lease for an amazing 2 bed/2 bath apartment that renews on March 1st. Available as early as Feb 1st, but must be qualified and okay with being on a 1 year lease that begins March 1st.
Your bedroom has a huge floor to ceiling window that doubles as a sliding door to the fire escape (like a mini private balcony) and a private ENSUITE bathroom. We also have in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. Brand new bed frame and mattress are available for you to purchase if you'd like.

Requirements (landlord needs to approve):
Proof of income (minimum 53k salary or hourly equivalent), good credit (will be checked), and photo ID for verification.
Personal preferences:
- No pets, my cat is scared of other pets (sorry! I do love pets.)
- houseguests are okay but would prefer only once or twice a week, the split in rent in utilities is even between us and would need to be adjusted if you expect to have an overnight guest regularly more than twice a week (same rule for me)
- clean but doesn’t need to be a neat freak, just respectful of our common spaces
- A nice person :)
- Any smoking needs to be on the balcony/fire escape only
