Hey! I'm Carly. I'm 23 and graduated not too long ago from NYU! I currently work in media at an oceanic research company.
I'm pretty extroverted and I love to be social and explore the city in normal times, but have been pretty COVID cautious. I like to cook, craft, host friends/parties, and spend time at home hanging out. I'd love to find roommates who could become friends, and who are down for a wine & movie night every once in awhile!
I've been living in the city for six years, and this is by far the most comfortable and special place I've lived so far. This apartment really feels like a home to me!

ABOUT THE ROOM(s):
I have 1 room available, about 11x11 in size, with a big closet and lots of natural light. It can fit a queen-sized bed with other furniture comfortably. The windows look out to an enclosed patio, so there is more privacy and virtually no street noise.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is beautiful + spacious, with a shared (furnished) patio, a big kitchen, separate living room, and designated office space. There is a dishwasher and several laundromats nearby. The common spaces in the apartment are entirely furnished.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, parks, shops, and super/markets within walking distance. Serviced by the Montrose L stop, it's a 10 minute commute to union square/downtown. It's a really wonderful neighborhood!
ABOUT YOU:
Looking for roommates who are *clean* and considerate! Who love to be social in normal circumstances, but have also been COVID cautious during these times.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
First month's rent and security deposit required upon commitment. If we move forward, you will have to submit an application to the management company to join me on the lease.
