I am a research technician at Weill Cornell Medicine (not in the hospital). I am looking to move in the UES or find people to stay in my apartment in the UES. I am very COVID conscientious, easy going and neat. I've been vaccinated too, so hopefully that keeps our apartment COVID free. My two roommates are leaving the city due to COVID. Looking for two roommates to sign a year long lease starting April 1st (our current lease ends March 31st). My roommates might be flexible on move in dates! This is a doorman building in the heart of the UES (beautiful building) with a roof, gym and laundry on each floor (right around the corner from our apartment)!
Looking to fill Bedroom 2 + 3, but if someone was really adamant on bedroom 1, I would consider switching rooms. Bedroom 2 is a really beautiful room with large windows and really spacious! Can easily fit a full or queen bed. Bedroom 3 is a flex room with walls to the top! The normal rent for Bedroom 2 is: $1500 and the normal rent for Bedroom 3 is $1437.50, but with COVID they are offering us first and last month free so the real rent is: Bed 2= $1,291.61 Bed 3 = $1,198 for the 12 month period.
Would split wifi & electricity the three of us, but heat & water is included.
