Hey! My roommate of six years is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to fill a room in my 2-bed Gramercy apartment with my crazy 25-lb bernedoodle Grizzly who doesn’t shed but does demand belly rubs like it’s his job.
A bit about me - I work from home full-time but travel enough to keep things interesting. In my free time, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my pup, skiing, throwing darts at some local dive bars or finding new things to do around the city. Also, big fan of eating food I didn’t cook.

The apartment is located in a great area of Gramercy, 2-bed/1-bath, garden-level duplex with a private backyard that requires some upkeep! Most of the apartment is fully furnished, except for the available bedroom, which is empty and approximately 8' x 12.5'. The room comes with its own closet, plus an additional hallway closet for extra storage.
Rent is $2,200/month, and looking to split just my portion of the hefty brokers fee from move-in . One year lease starting 5/1/25—let’s meet for coffee or a drink to see if it’s a good fit!
