Hi all!

My name is Rahi. I'm 22 years old and I just recently graduated from Wayne State in Detroit. I spent my summer work-exchanging and traveling, and have now landed a job as a research assistant at NYU. I majored in biology and will be be doing research in the field as well before pursuing a Masters degree. A little bit about me: I'm originally from India. I moved to the US in August 2015 and have been in Michigan since. I love the outdoors, going on walks in nature, or just strolling through the streets and people watching. I'm an eggeterian and occasionally enjoy cooking certain Indian, Italian, and Mexican delicacies. I also love to write. I own 3 amateur blogs that I occasionally write travel stories, some poetry, and other nonfiction on. I also love and appreciate art, and enjoy going to museums (one of my fav artists is Vladimir Kush). I have lived in apartments since I was in college and like to keep my room and the common spaces tidy and organized. I'm also pretty active, and love watching and playing tennis. I'm eagerly looking forward to exploring the fusion and Brzilian Zouk dancing scene around NYC.
