I'm Mila, a 32-year-old young professional who has lived in Seattle for over 2 years. I'm looking for a roommate in their late-20s to early-30s who'd be interested in moving into my townhouse in Queen Anne in Feb 2025. (Preferably female roomies, but flexible on that and I'm very LGBTQIA+ friendly.) Note: I have two Maine Coon boy cats who are beautiful, playful, and social, and we are not looking for any additional fluffy companions, unfortunately.
A little more about me: I'm originally from Ukraine but grew up in Boston. I work in the tech space as a Product Manager and work from home 50% of the week. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, skiing, traveling, seeing live music or comedy, and being a foodie around town. I aspire to get better at tennis, read more, and get more into hiking in Seattle.
I'm a pretty low-key person and would love my home to be a place of peace and relaxation. I'm hoping to find folks who are in a similar phase of life, are a good personality match, and might even become friends, as well as roommates. I have extensive experience living with roommates, and am very tidy and respectful. Hoping to find someone who is interested in a friendly and cozy living environment.

I'm Mila, a female, 32-year old young professional who works in Tech as a Product Manager. I've lived in Seattle for 2 years but grew up in the Boston area. I'm very friendly, respectful, and have plenty of experience living with roommates. In my free time I enjoy international travel, live music / comedy shows, cooking & baking, being a foodie around town, reading, downhill skiing, hiking, and playing tennis.
I am moving into a spacious townhouse in Queen Anne and I'd love to find a roommate to share the home with for a Sat, Feb 1 move date or immediately thereafter!
The space (downstairs level - 564 sqft of 1692):
- private bedroom with window and large *walk-in* closet
- full private bathroom with washer/dryer (shared)
- your own front entrance (note: your living space is above street level! Rare for a shared townhouse)
- radiant heated floors
- shared upstairs kitchen, dining, and living room with views of the Sound and Magnolia hill
- shared rooftop with views of the Sound, Magnolia, and Interbay golf course
- plenty of street parking, or private assigned parking spot available for extra fee
- walking distance to Whole Foods, Home Goods, Michael's, D Rapid Line Bus into downtown, and a short drive to Queen Anne center, Ballard downtown, Trader Joe's, PCC, and Belltown
- note: bedroom does not come furnished
I'm hoping you are:
- clean & tidy, respectful, friendly, and have experience with roommates
- cat-friendly (my two beautiful Maine Coon boys have long hair which isn't suitable for folks with cat allergies. Also, please note: we are sadly not accepting new furry friends at this time)
- ideally, a good personality match
- similar age and gender, but flexible here!
