We have a large living space and kitchen with a small balcony and a peek-a-boo ocean view. There is access to a 2-car garage with storage space and the option for a Hermosa Beach parking pass as well. Laundry in-unit! Your roommates would one female and one male in their 20s, both working from home and both social, enjoy the common space, love the Bachelor franchise and The View.
