I’m a young professional with a background in video production and Advertising.
Right now I’m a Producer for an Ad tech company in NYC (we make those interactive ads you see on Hulu/Roku).
My Roomate and I are looking for a third person to sign on with when we renew our lease this summer for our 3bd 1ba. We'll be starting the resigning process in early June and the official lease will start July 1st.
I would say I’m a pretty chill roommate, fairly clean, cook occasionally and definitely enjoy going out on the weekends and my Roomate is the same. He's a footwear designer who also works in the city. We are ideally looking for a young professional like ourselves, who is fairly clean and respectful and likes to explore this great city.
I love everything music and sports, for music predominantly hip-hop but I’ve been getting more into Indie lately too. As far as sports you name it I’m probably into it, I’m a huge falcons fan so as long as we stay off the 28-3 topic we’re golden.

Hey everyone! Our Roomate ended up getting a job in another state so we have a spacious room in Stuytown, living with two other young professionals (male) that has opened up.
You would be signing onto our lease which would run from July 1st to Jun 29th, 2023. Move in date would be July 1st or later. Room can easily fit a queen bed and a desk or dresser.
Located right across the street from Trader Joes & target on 14th, and a short walk to the L train. Apartment includes a kitchen with dishwasher, laundry in the building as well as a decent sized living room. Let me know any questions!
Lease runs through the end of June 2023 and preference would be given to someone willing to take the apartment for the full duration.
Electricity, Heat, & Gas are all included although there is currently a $27.16 surcharge for the AC (based on DHCR, a New York state agency)
Rent for the 3rd room is 1500 water + heat included, cable/wifi will likely be $13 per person.
