I dog sit a lot so I'm not always around some weekends or a week or two at a time. I'm also a union actor/singer. I'm learning to cook so I will try off and on. I'm looking for an adult to share with, someone who knows if they didn't buy it you don't drink/eat it and who will also buy paper towels and toilet paper... yes I've had some not so good experiences with roommates which is why I upped the age I'll consider. I clean up after myself and keep the common area clean but my room can be a mess. This is because I have a lot of boxes and purging I have to do, meaning do I keep, throw away or donate. I'm easy to talk too and fairly laid back. We don't have to be best friends or spend time together or we could... I'm not pushy and can go either way that makes you comfortable. I don't play mind games, I completely open and tell it like it is.

I rarely have people over, I'm just busy and paperwork is never ending. I also have been trying to cook more... I am loving my instant pot!
