Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to start a lease with in April-May. I'm currently living in Hamilton Heights but looking to move to the UES or East Village. My current lease ends on April 30 but I am willing to have a little overlap between leases to move in to my new place. I have a 4-year-old golden retriever who is very well-behaved and crate and house-trained. I work for a building design firm as an electrical engineer but also pursue acting when I have the time. Looking for a down-to-earth person who is clean, but also someone I can hang out with and grab a coffee or drink with. Looking for LGBTQIA-friendly. I would prefer someone who already lives in the city, but also open to newcomers if you can be in the city to help apartment hunt.
