Krystal Q - $1,300/month

Hi, my name is Krystal. I have lived in New York my whole life! I have no problem being a tour guide if you’re new to the city lol. I’m looking for a clean and reliable roommate, preferably only female/s. I like all kinds of pets and would like to adopt my own if possible. I work full time as a pharmacy technician and like to workout and go to church most days. So I’d only really be home during the evening/night. And please don’t worry about religion, I’m open to living with anyone that believes in something different, I would never pressure my religion onto anyone. I am Christian though if you are curious!

I do have a big desk with my pc (I game occasionally) and a twin bed so the space I would need has to be decent, medium size possibly. My budget range is 1,000-1,400, but I am willing to go up to 1,500 only if the place is really worth it (utilities included and renovated). I’m a little bit of a germaphobe, not intense, but I do get grossed out if like the bathroom isn’t cleaned after every use. So, I do like to clean after myself and would like others to clean after themselves too. When I cook, I don’t eat until I finish cleaning all the dishes. That’s just one example of how I would clean after myself.

I’m an open book and am willing to continue to talk to anyone that seems interested in becoming roommates with me. The more we know about each other the more comfortable that would make me feel! I’m a very social person and would love to become friends with my roommate. If you’d like to just split rent and occasionally talk here and there, that’s okay with me too, again, I’d most likely barely be home with my busy schedule.

Im ready to move out by August, but I have no lease currently so I’m in no rush either if you need more time. I’m open to living in any location as long as public transportation is convenient, preferably near the E, F, R, M, G, or 7 train.
