Hi!! I'm brooke and i currently have one roommate, greta, but we're looking at 3bed apts and need one more person!

touring some places soon, looking for a roommate for Nov 1! budget is 1,300 and 1,150 for me and my roommate

I have quite a bit of furniture to contribute as well as some kitchen appliances (air fryer, ice maker, toaster, blender). i can also provide a full size mattress if wanted

I'd prefer roommates 19-24 but i can be a little flexible on that.

I'm a very courteous roommate, and while I can be a bit messy (mostly my own room and art supplies), I will always aim to accommodate preferences. Pretty solidly a night owl, major adhd, not much of a cook, but if i am cooking i don't mind making enough for roommates. I'm looking for one more roommate to move in with come beginning to middle of Nov. Washer/Dryer in unit is very important for me, and I'm minorly disabled, so being in a first/second floor apt or having an elevator is pretty important. I have a hard limit on no substance use in the apartment (excluding alcohol and weed pens *occasionally*, but i hate the smell of regular weed), but out of the apt is your life. I am queer so you have to be comfortable with that! I'd love to be able to be friends or close friends with my roommates!

greta is pretty similar to me, has been good about cleaning and very friendly
