Hi all, my name is Chase Stevenson and I am renting out my room in East Village from Mar.1-May.31st because I am being relocated for work. I live in a beautiful apartment in East Village about a 10 minute walk from Union sq. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, is fully furnished with an 80 inch TV, central heat/air that can be controlled individually in each room, and anything else you can imagine. The room has a full size closet and would come with a full dresser and desk area.
My Roomate is a 25 year old male who is a former NCAA athlete and current investment banker. He works long hours so is rarely home and doesn’t cook so the apartment is always clean. Please send me a message if you are interested as I am looking to rent this place fairly soon.
