About Me

hi there! i'm marcel, and i plan on starting at Pratt institute for the fall 2025 semester. I'm looking for a brand new roommate and brand new place from 06/01/25 onward.

I'm currently a museum professional, and I love all things antique, vintage, historical and old. be it art, film, or music, I'm usually into things way older than myself. I'm an illustrator by passion, and when I'm not at work I'm usually at home or at a cafe drawing. let me know and I'll show you my work!!

i also love vampires (obsessed with interview with the vampire right now,) video games (my current faves are final fantasy, katamari, sims, bloodborne, but I tend to play more indie games recently), cats, making niche spotify playlists, watching my favorite youtubers/twitch streamers, writing, and trying new food.

as a roommate, I tend to be *very* clean when it comes to my own space, respectful and considerate of others' items and space, 420 friendly (though I probably only smoke once a month), and very much "not in the way." i'd ideally love to find someone similar to me in living style and/or personality. ideally, i'd like someone who is pet friendly as I plan to get a cat when I move out.

some MUSTS for my ideal roommate are LGBTQ (or an ally, I'm agender as well as bisexual), a creative, someone clean, someone communicative, and someone understanding. I'm not looking for a BEST FRIEND, but being kind and friendly goes a long way, and if we end up as friends, all the better!

My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date Jun 2025
Lease Duration 6 Months
Age 25
Occupation Museum Worker
Pets Pet Friendly
Education Grad School
Relationship Status Single
Artist / Creative
Gamer
LGBTQ Friendly
Student

We think Mar would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
