I’m a 26 year old Manhattan consultant from France who loves walking to unique food or cultural spots in NYC. Coffee order is always a matcha and I excel at making beautiful smoothie bowls...you won’t be disappointed. I prioritize health, love thrill seeking adventuring (ski, sail, hike, trail run) and do pilates on the regular. Located in the very lively and young neighborhood of Kips Bay, this new modern condominium is a solid find. You’re looking at stellar amenities: a lounge entryway with a 24/7 doorman (the team is super friendly), an inviting gym (not one of those dark non-aesthetic dreary ones) with a mirror lined yoga/pilates room, a communal living room (it’s a work office space during the day) with an equipped kitchen that can be reserved for hosting larger groups, a cozy cinema room, and a panoramic rooftop with views of the Empire State Building. Almost forgot the pet grooming room if you have a furry friend.
The condo itself boasts large windows (double paned for noise cancellation) that take up the walls making it a luminous environment all year round, a marble countertop kitchen with gas stovetop, dishwasher, oven, etc., and an in unit washer/dryer. The bedroom being rent out has an in-built closet as well as a private bathroom: bathtub style shower.
