Hey! I'm looking for a new place in NYC and am seeking 1-2 roommates. Basic preferences: kind, respectful, clean, calm; no pets. No smoking / drugs / bringing parties home is a must. I would enjoy being friends while respecting each other's space & personal time.
About me: software engineer @ Google, in the office most days. I'm pretty calm overall and prefer a peaceful living environment; I sleep lightly, typically don't stay up super late, and don't drink. I enjoy music (have been playing guitar a long time), exploring, and learning about new things.
Apt preferences: doorman/elevator building, accessible to subways, with not too long a commute to work or to Grand Central. Have mostly looked in Manhattan, but I'm open to different areas. The budget has some flexibility for the right apartment.
