Hey! I'm a software engineer, moving to Manhattan, looking for 1-2 roommates to find a new apartment. Eclectic interests, enjoy learning and trying new things, traveling & exploring. Playing guitar 15 years, I have a blast with jamming / making music. I sleep lightly, generally don't stay up super late, and WFH some days. Generally mellow at home, don't drink and am not one for bars.

I'd be happy to have a respectful, clean, friendly roommate -- somebody who is overall chill and won't bring back a party. LGBA-friendly + no smoking/drugs are musts. I'm open to becoming friends, but I will respect your social preferences/comfort levels. I strongly value upfront communication and mutual respect for personal time/space.

Apt preferences:
* Elevator + doorman
* Good commute to Chelsea (where I work) & Penn / Grand Central. Access to ACE / 123 lines, or the 456 / L.
*Moving date is flexible, but looking to move sooner rather than later
* If we're finding a place together, I'd like to balance the rent fairly evenly up to the point of one of us hitting our max budgets, at which point the other(s) can cover the remaining portion.
