Hi there,

I'm a student and a part-time real estate agent who moved here into NYC with my family 3 years ago and finally ready to spread my wings, My school is going to be mostly virtual and looking to see if I can save on dorming costs. My parents downsized their apartment when I moved into school so there's no extra space for me there.

Personality-wise I would say:

-Super friendly
-Neat and clean on an OCD level
-Animal friendly
-I'm mostly on a screen when I'm home and like to mind my own business if you're introverted
-No problems with any kinds of guests as long as we are not getting robbed
-I may have a friend or 2 come by once a week but can definitely compromise
-Will pay rent in advance
-Will share food/resources
-Median credit score due to a lot of school loans
-Financially stable
