Room For Rent Inside UNH Apartment!
Great area in the center of the UNH campus for student living!
This ad is for a room for rent inside a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located at the Madbury Commons apartments.
There are three other girls who you'd be sharing the common areas with. You'd be taking over my lease for the remainder of the semester (and longer if you wanted to re-up!)
This unit is very clean and well kept! The apartment is fully furnished! My room has a matching furniture set which includes: a bed, bed frame, headboard, desk and chair, standing wooden bureau, and two under the bed wooden compartments for shoe storage and drawers. Plus you can see the sunrise from my window :) There are in-unit washer and dryer along with a fully furnished living room (with a flatscreen TV), kitchen, and dining area. There are two bathrooms in the unit, but you would be sharing one of the bathrooms with one other roommate.
There are no utility costs or cable bills! Everything is included in your $1005 monthly rent. Again perfect for a student! This apartment is available starting November 15th 2020 and my lease will end on May 24th, 2021. No one smokes in this apartment and there are no pets. Parking is really difficult at UNH so I'd even be willing to sell you my parking spot that is less than a 5-minute walk from Madbury Commons!
