Hi! I currently live and work in the financial district. My roommate of 3 years is moving out so I’m looking for a new roommate. I love the 2BR apartment (apartment building has lounge, rooftop, gym, laundry, doorman) and the apt unit is around 1200 sq feet. Would love to connect if you are interested!! While the apartment is huge, the available bedroom is small (fits full size bed, beside table, and 3 drawer dresser) and is more of a home office (converted to bedroom). While small, my roommate has been here for 3 years! Fulton subway 3min walk away to get anywhere in the city.
