My name is Darion (I go by D most times) and I am a documentary film producer living here in New York. I do alot of moving around the city for work so looking to stay in neighborhoods with close proximity to Lower Manhattan for easy access.

Living wise, I consider myself a pretty low-key guy. I spend a good amount of time working on personal projects, editing, playing video games, listening to music, etc. The biggest point of tension in my last living situation was cleanliness, on my roommate's end. I am definitely on the clean side of the spectrum, although I'm not a germaphobe.

Beyond that, I would like to have a roommate relationship that is cordial, in regards to cleaning, communicating, and sharing the common spaces, but I also look forward to being friends, if our interests and time overlaps.

I am 420 friendly (although I try not to disturb others), and I am open to rooming with any gender.
