We're looking for someone to take a room we have available in our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment. We've lived in the apartment for a year now, but one of our roommates is moving out of state so we are looking to have someone take his room. Looking to move fast and have something signed ASAP so let us know if the below is something you're interested in.

Description of the room:
Spacious room can fit king sized bed + full size desk + other furniture you may have (currently has a TV, full size standing mirror, ottoman, & night stand) with room to comfortably walk in the room
Full size, double door closet in room
Brand new flooring that was just updated a few months ago

Description of the apartment:
Extremely large for a NYC apartment (~1200sq. ft.)
Balcony can comfortably fit 5-6 people on it --> have two small tables and chairs on it as of right now with enough space for others to stand as well
Doorman + Rooftop + Laundry in building
Living room has a double L sofa with a coffee table
Separate dining room area (dining table with 4 seats already in place)
Kitchen is also a separate room and has all new appliances (dishwasher, etc.)
2 full bathrooms
Less than one block to the 6 and <10 min walk to Grand Central so very easy to commute

Description of Roommates:
Two guys in mid-20s working in finance (NYU & Penn Alums)
Clean and like to keep everything in the apartment tidy
Outgoing & like to go out, but also appreciate serenity in the apartment throughout the week
