Nick C - $1,100/month

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Nick, I’m 41, and I’m currently living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I’m looking to move back to New York City where I’m originally from ( born and raised in Jackson Heights!). I’m a restaurant worker and will be getting a job as soon as I get back home.

I’m currently looking to move back by February 1, 2025, possibly earlier. I’m open to living with anyone who is cool and easy-going, and totally okay with a pet. I’m quiet and clean, very much into keeping my space clean and being a good roommate! If you're an artist, EVEN BETTER! I'd love to be around actors, musicians, and everything else that falls under the artist category! If the kitchen is off limits or it's more or less an apartment where nobody really gets along, I'm not interested. We don't need to be best friends, but we should be able to get along and enjoy coexisting in the same space.

I’ve got a budget of $1100 per month and if utilities are not included, that’s okay. I’m excited to be coming back to NYC and living in a great place with great people! I hope to hear from some of you real soon!
