Room opening in a 4 bed, 2 full bath apartment on historic Newport Ave in Wrigleyville/Boystown (few minutes walk to L Trains and Wrigleyfield). Apartment unit is two floors, including the basement, and features a large porch and backyard. Most of the unit has recently been renovated including the laundry room. You would be staying in one of the first floor bedrooms (not basement) and would really have the common areas to yourself due to most of us usually being out.
The roommates: a woman who uses her room as an occasional office (she lives elsewhere), a male flight attendant who is usually gone because of work, and a male bartender. We have a variety of passions especially music, improv, and sports; and welcome diverse backgrounds and interests. Just because most of us are usually out doesn’t mean we can’t become great friends.
Our ideal roommate would be 20s-early 30s, moderately clean, and not too loud. This is an LGBTQ-friendly home.
