I am renting an apartment on my own but I’d like to save money & potentially meet a new friend. I have a toddler who goes to daycare during the day. She can share a room with me & she is very well-behaved. We love dogs & cats but we have none. Non-smoker, occasional wine drinker. I’m a pretty good cook too, but only if the kitchen is shared. I am very tidy and clean up after myself immediately. I enjoy going to the park for walks, volunteering for blood drives, attending church, going to concerts & visiting friends and family. Overall, I get along with almost anyone & I keep a pleasant attitude. If you want to talk, hang out & share your day I’m open to that. If you’re more of a quiet person, I can give you your personal space as well.
