Itās a STEAL!!! $1250/mo. Youāll also have to pay a half months broker fee of $725 and a deposit.
When?
Move in in May! Runs to July 2025.
Who?
Me: Iām a 22 y/o teacher and graduate student sooooo Iām pretty busy. I have two bunnies who live in my room, you can see as much or as little of them as you want! Iām often out in the evenings taking pole and aerial classes so if you wanna join that would be so fabulous!
You: You should make around $54,000/year or have a guarantor. Down to be friends or just roommates!
What else?
The room is cozyāit fits a full sized bed but a twin might be better if you have more stuff. Can measure and share if you'd like.
Thereās a laundry room for tenants, a very responsive live in super, we have NEVER had a package taken, heat and extermination are covered by the building, I have all kitchen and common area furniture and stuff coveredā¦ Including a kitchen island, not pictured š¤©
