Currently living by myself in SoHo, NYC – my lease expires at the end of January 2023. Looking to find a roommate (male or female, no preference) and new apartment.

-

Work:
I moved to New York City shortly after high school to work for a marketing agency in Hudson Yards. There, I worked on the CEO's team as well as with a few of the firm's clients. After a little less than 2 years, I left and started an agency of my own. At my agency, we focused on social media ads on Facebook and Instagram as well as content marketing on LinkedIn, primarily for B2B service and tech companies. After ~3.5 years, I sold the company to one of my clients, joining their company in the process.

-

Outside of work:
I enjoy going to the gym, riding Citi bikes, reading, visiting museums, spending time with friends, and traveling. At the gym, I primarily focus on weight training; when reading, I gravitate towards non-fiction business, philosophy, and psychology; and I try to make it an effort to travel once every three months or so, Paris being one of my favorite cities to visit.

My interests: marketing, tech, fitness, language (French), web3/NFTs, business, and family.

I also usually end up using a lot of my free time to work on little side projects; testing new business ideas, learning different skills, etc. – technically "work," but I don't really consider it to be the same thing.

-

Things I'd like my future roommate to know:
Having a clean environment is important to me. While I am by no means perfect, I do try to make it a priority to keep things fairly neat.

I wake up early – usually around 4:30/5:00 AM – and go to the gym the first thing in the morning. I'm currently a member at Equinox, but the "dream" for me would be to have a nice gym in my building, so that I could just use that instead.

On Saturday/Sunday, I meal prep all of my food for the upcoming week. The entire process generally takes no more than ~4 hours, but this does mean that you can expect to see ~10 small tupperware containers in the freezer/fridge at any point in time.

Because I wake up pretty early, I also go to bed early – anywhere from 7:30 to 9:00 PM on Sunday - Thursday – as such, I would just like to ask that there are no particularly loud noises/music around/after that time. On Fridays and Saturdays, I'm much more flexible with when I go to bed and subsequently when I wake up.

I have a girlfriend, who I've been with for a few months now. We generally see each other on the weekends, and occasionally during the week.

I don't particularly like going to big parties or clubs – I've always preferred more intimate social settings like dinner parties. In that same vein, while I do enjoy a nice glass of wine or whiskey, I only tend to drink about once every month or so. Then, beyond drinking, my only other real vices are cigars and weed, both of which I only do socially, and also on rare occasion (once every few months).

Despite being strict with my routine and schedule, I promise I'm not a hard ass, haha! In general, I'm super easy going, am always happy to welcome guests over, and ultimately do my best to stay out of anyone's hair. You'll never hear me complain about virtually anything, and if there is ever something that bothers me, I'll always do my best to bring it up respectfully.
